*Gears and equipments shall be rented under the customer care. Any damage or lost will be charged to them on the cost price of the item. Gear should be return to the resort after use otherwise we shall automatically assumed that you would like to hire the gears for the following day.

received your payments) ● Divers are required to sign a liability release &
express assumption of risk form, ● Dive master reserve the right to forbid uncertified or
unfit divers from diving, ● Dive master may at his discretion cancel diving
activities due to unsafe condition and poor weather, ● Divers are not allowed to dive within a minimum of
12 hours prior to flying (recommended by PADI)
