Sky Diving is governed by The Department of Civil Aviation Malaysia (DCA) whom also approves the syllabus. The course covers all subjects necessary to successfully complete your first jump. Our ultimate aim is to give you a sound background and knowledge level that allow you to continue and complete the full training program and become a thoroughly qualified parachutist.
You will be taught in a very friendly environment with Instructors and Jumpmasters who are all qualified and certified by the Department of Civil Aviation Malaysia. They have accumulated more than thousand of jumps and have experience in the sport for more than 20 years!
what are the age requirement?

Most Drop Zones will require you to be at least 18 years of age to skydive. Some Drop Zones will allow a person below 18 years old to jump with parental consent. So, if you are under 18, you can still make the jump, provided you bring along your legal guardians to the drop zone to watch you perform your training jump.
On the other hand, there is no maximum age. Our eldest jumper is a 59 years old man.

Solo Jump ─ minimum 18 years old.

Less than 18 years ─ Written parents or guardian consent required.

Maximum Weight ─ 210 lbs / 85kg and proportional to height age and sex.

Over 50 years ─ Previous injuries, current or previous medical conditions must be
notified to the Course/Chief Instructor or Tandem Master prior to commencing a
training course.

Course Instructor or Jump Master prior to commencing a training course.
What do I get upon completion of course?

You will be given a certificate upon graduating. If you intend to continue jumping, you are required to obtain a Parachuting License issued by the Department of Civil Aviation Malaysia. This license which is one time payment of RM55.00 and renewable every 2 years with a standard price and is recognised internationally. The license is categorised into five classes - from a student license to a 'D' license.
PARACHUTIST LICENSING
Licensing Requirements

A person shall not make a parachute descent other than an emergency descent unless he/she is the holders of a parachutist license.
A person shall apply for a parachutist license to the Department of Civil Aviation Malaysia.
The Department of Civil Aviation Malaysia may issue license for the purposes of this Part of Civil Parachuting Requirements.
An applicant shall not be issued with a parachutist license unless a chief Parachutist Instructor has

Certified to the authority that the applicant has undergone (as the case requires)
the training for and met the requirements applicable to the license.

Endorsed the applicant's logbook to this effect.
The parachutist licenses that may be issued under this section are as follows ─
LICENSING CLASS
Student Parachutist License

Person who hold a Student Parachutist License are authorised to receive practical parachute instruction.
Class A License - Parachutist

Person who hold a Class A License are certified as able to jumpmaster themselves, pack their own main parachute, compete in competitions (other than State and National Championship) and to make parachute descent onto a dropping zone having a minimum radius of 300 meters. The applicant must have
1. Completed 25 freefall parachute jumps including:
i. 12 controlled delays of at least 10 seconds
ii. 6 controlled delays of at least 20 seconds
iii. 3 controlled delays of at least 30 seconds
iv. 10 freefall jumps landing within 50 meters of target centre during which the
novice selected the exit and opening points.
2. Demonstrated ability to hold heading during freefall and make 360 degree flat
turns to both the right and left.
3. Demonstrated ability to safety jumpmaster himself.
4. Demonstrated ability to properly pack his own main parachute and conduct safety
checks on his/her and other parachutist's equipment prior to a jump.
5. A logbook endorsement by a DCA instructor/Examiner, a DCA instructor,
his CSO or ASO that he had received training for unintentional water landings.

Class B License - Parachutist

Person who hold a Class B License are certified as able to jumpmasters themselves, pack their own main parachute, are eligible for appointment as Club Safety Officer and are record attempts and to make parachute descents onto a dropping zone having a minimum radius of 250 meters. The applicant must have
1. Met all requirements for the Class A License
2. Completed 50 controlled freefall parachute jumps including:
i. 15 delays of at least 30 seconds
ii. 2 delays of at least 45 seconds
3.
Demonstrated his ability to complete two alternate 360 flat turns to the right and
left followed by a back loop in freefall in ten second or less.
4. Landed within 25 meters of target centre on 10 jumps during which he/she
selected the exit and opening points.
5. Demonstrated his/her ability to control and vary both his/her rate of descent and
lateral movement in freefall.
6. Demonstrated his/her ability to safety engage in relative work involving at least
two jumps:
7. This includes:
i. A demonstration of ability to perform acceptable door exits, and;
ii. A demonstration of ability to move a horizontal distance away from other
jumpers in freefall and check the sky around him so that he may deploy his
parachute without danger of collision with a fellow parachutist.

Demonstrated his/her ability keep track of other canopies in the air and remain a safe distance from them.

Class C License - Parachutist

Person who hold a Class C License are certified as able to jumpmasters licensed parachutists, pack their own main parachute, eligible for appointment as Club Safety Officer and Area Safety Officer are recognised as having reached the proficiency level to participate in competitions (including State and National Championship). The applicant must have
1. Met all requirements for the Class B License
2 Completed 100 controlled freefall parachute jumps including:
i. 30 delays of at least 30 seconds
ii. 5 delays of at least 45 seconds
3. Demonstrated his/her ability to perform a controlled international series
(Back Loop and Back Loop) in freefall in 18 seconds or less.
4. Landed within 15 meters of target centre on 25 freefall jumps during which the
parachute independently selected the exit point.
5. Demonstrated his/her ability to "track".
6. Demonstrated his/her ability to control and coordinate rate of descent and
horizontal movement by exciting the aircraft after at least two other experienced
parachutists and successfully entering third or later in a star on the same jump.
Class D License - Parachutist

Person who hold a Class D License are certified as able to jumpmasters licensed parachutists, pack their own main parachute, may complete in all competitions (including State and National Championships); participate in record attempts; make relative work; night; water and exhibition jumps and to make parachute descent onto a dropping zone of having a minimum radius of 50 meters. They are eligible for DCA Jumpmaster, Instructor and Instructor/Examiner ratings and appointment as Club Safety Officer or Area Safety Officer. The applicant must have
1. Met all requirements for the Class C License
2. Completed 200 controlled freefall parachute jumps including:
i. 100 delays of at least 20 seconds
ii. 50 delays of at least 30 seconds
iii. 10 delays of at least 45 seconds
iv. 5 delays of at least 60 seconds
3. Demonstrated his/her ability to perform the following manoeuvres on heading in
18 seconds
or less (in sequence): Back Loop, Front Loop; Left Turn; Right Turn,
Right Barrel Roll, Left Barrel Roll or successfully enter sixth or later in a star
which is held for at least an additional 5 seconds or 1,000 feet.
4. Landed within 2 meters of target centre on 10 freefall jumps during which the
parachute independently selected the exit point.
5. Made one night parachute jump with a delay of at least 20 seconds, with
certification of prior night jump training (DCA Instructor/Examiner, DCA Instructor,
his/her CSO, or ASO). Jump must be approved by ASO in accordance with
MSPA BSRs).
