Reservation can be made by phone or in writing by E-mail to us. 50% deposit upon
confirmation. Full payment must be made 1 month before commencement of trip.
(Please note that the accommodation may be available at the time of enquiry but it is
not being held for you until we received your payments).
Payment can be made by cash or cheque and bank into our bank. It is important to retain
your document of transfer for verification purposes.

■ For 3D/2N Package, minimum 4 adults, thereafter minimum 2 adults for longer stay.
■ Package price above is subject to room availability.
■ Titan Dive Team reserves the right to makes necessary changes without prior notice for
schedule and fare rate.
■ Peak Period - Additional 50% on top of the total package applies for single room
occupancy, plus additional RM800 if single land / boat transfer only.
■ Non Peak Period - Single charge of a MINIMUM of RM 800 to be charged instead.
■ A peak period surcharge of 10% is applicable for the Month of August and Golden Week
Holidays (28 April - 6th May) for ALL markets.
■ Any children who are certified diver will have to pay FULL divers rates regardless of their age
and parents are to be held responsible for their children at all times.
■ Proof of Identity and Nationality is required.
■ Dive packages are subjected to our diving schedules and regulations as set by our dive
centre. Equipment rental is NOT included in any of our Resorter / Diver Packages.
■ Upon reservation, please provide your personal details (Full name, Nationality, Date of Birth
and ID or Passport No.).
■ Divers are required to sign a liability release & express assumption of risk form.
■ Dive master reserve the right to exclude uncertified or unfit divers from diving.
■ Dive master may at his discretion cancel diving activities due to unsafe condition and
poor weather.
■ Our Company reserves the final decision and right to determine the destination / number
of boat dives for this special offer. Please be informed that Sipadan trips shall be normally
conducted on Wednesday and Saturday each week. In the event if we are unable to obtain
permits for the said days, we shall then advise divers on the recommended day or date
approved for the Sipadan entry. However, for group size exceeding 6 divers shall be given
the option to choose other days required but subjected to the day/date available for permit
approval. IMPORTANT NOTE Due to the restricted Sipadan entry permit quota set by
Sabah Parks, guests are required to summit Full Names with Nationality, Gender, Passport
Numbers and contact address for us to proceed with the permits application at least
14 days in advance prior to arrival in order to allow sufficient time to process and obtain
the permit approval. Failure to do this can result in Guest being denied entry to Sipadan
Island.
FINAL DISCREPANCY ABOVE PRICES AND CONDITIONS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE
FROM TIME TO TIME AS REQUIRED DUE TO UNFORSEEN CIRCUMSTANCES.
■ The company shall NOT be held responsible and reserve the rights to charge the customer
for any additional costs rendered by any last minute cancellations, delays and changes of
any arrangement made by the customer (Less than 48 hours Before Arrival Time as per
schedule).
■ Guests are also recommended to follow our recommended flights in order to connect to our
daily normal boat transfer in and out from the island to minimize the waiting time.
■ All types of activities being offered by the company on the island especially dive activities
are subjects to bad sea, weather conditions / poor visibility and also divers' own physical
abilities (eg. Injuries, intoxification, hangovers & &etc). Therefore, we reserve the final
decision and rights to either proceed or abort any activities / dives for any safety reasons.
■ Flying After Diving (Last day at resort)It is recommended that divers are to wait a minimum
of 18 hours and sometimes up to 24 hours before they fly. However, we, at The Reef
believes that this differ from different individuals, agencies and even dive computer / dive
tables. If divers choose to dive less than 18 hours (recommended hours) before they fly,
they will be required to sign a separate Liability/Release Form for this matter. However, this
is still subjects to the approval of the Dive Centre management.
■ Please note that our resort normal Check In time is 1400 and Check Out time is 1000.
Any early check in or late check out will be subjected to room availability especially during
