Price: 495 €

Including in the package:

• Transfers.  
• Accommodation. (Share, double or single occupancy at the resort shared WC with one other room)(Venezia Hotel Double room, Twin shear or double bed)
• Full board (excluding beverages)
• Tank and weights
• Dive guide and diving fees
• Fees for the whale shark experience.

We offer the possibility to dive with Nitrox. 3 dives with Nitrox 36% US$ 20. All Nitrox dives have to be booked in advanced and a minimum of 5 people has to dive with Nitrox. (Only certified Nitrox divers are allowed to dive with Nitrox)

Note!

·  A minimum of 6 guests is required for each adventure to take place.

·  Equipment rental has to be known to Titan Dive Team at least one week before the trip and is not included in the price.

Minimum certification level for divers is PADI Advanced Open Water Diver or an equal certification from another training organization and a minimum of 30 logged dives with at least one dive logged as a drift dive and the diver has to be an active diver to dive on Manta bowl.

Insurance

Excludes:

• Travel Insurance (scuba diving and winter sports are covered)

  • 100K Classic Plan - RM 17/person

  • 200K VIP Plan - RM 29/person

equipments shall be rented under the customer care, any damage or lost will be charge to them on the cost price of the item. Gear should be return to the resort after use use otherwise we shall automatically assumed that you would like to hire the gears for the following day.

• Titan Dive Team reserves the Rights to makes necessary changes without prior notice for schedule and fare rate
• Package price above is subject to room availability and rates are Nett inclusive of all taxes.
• Applicable to Malaysian, Permanent residents in Malaysia and Singaporean only. 
• Single supplement at RM 75.00 per adult per night.
• Child with Bed (4 -12 years old) sharing room with parents at RM250 Nett per child for 3 Days 2 Nights Package without any boat dive.
• During reservation, please provide your personal details (Full Name, Nationality, Date of Birth and I/D or Passport No.)
• 50% deposit upon confirmation. (Please note that the accommodation may be available at the time of enquiry but it is not being held for you until we received your payments)
• Additional dives are charge at RM 60.00 Nett per dive.
• Divers are require to sign a liability release & express assumption of risk form
• Dive master reserve the right to exclude uncertified or unfit divers from diving
• Dive master may at his discretion cancel diving activities due to unsafe condition and poor weather
• Divers are not allowed to dive within a minimum of 12 hours prior to flying (recommended by PADI)

Payment: 

• Payment to be made in full 1 month before commencement of trip
• In the event of cancellation, the following cancellation charges shall apply.

  4 weeks before arrival	20% of full price forfeited
  3 weeks before arrival	30% of full price forfeited
  1 week before arrival	50% of full price forfeited
  No show of customer	100% of full price forfeited

Payment can be made by cash or cheque and bank into our bank. It is important to retain your document of transfer for verification purposes, thank you very much.
